If you’re using some decent nutes and you are good at keeping an eye on your plants and making sure that they are well looked after you shouldn’t really have any of these issues. I find that most of the time it’s pest that are the problem since you can’t really prevent pests only try and keep them under control. But cool post anyway 🙂

Hey, Indica’s tend to be best for making concentrates, especially Kush’s. Something like OG Kush would be ideal, but really any high oil/resin strain is what you are looking for.

In terms of medical and high CBD strains I’m not too sure, perhaps you could try something like some Sin city – Thunderstruck, that’s a really nice medical strain.
