This site is operated by the Legalize It. We Think So (LIWTS) team. Throughout these terms when we refer to “we” “us” and “our” we are referring to LIWTS.
By using the website, you agree to accept our terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. When purchasing you are again given the option to accept our terms and conditions. If you do not accept these we cannot accept an order from you. So before agreeing to our terms please read the entirety of the Terms and Conditions.
Age of Consent
By using this website, you confirm that you are of legal age to purchase these items. In the UK that age is 18 and in some parts of the world it is 21. Please check your local laws to ensure that you meet this minimum requirement as if you purchase and are found to be a minor we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order. We can also disable your LIWTS account to ensure you cannot purchase again.
Providing Personal Details
By purchasing, you agree that all details you provide when ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered. When you make your first order, we will only ship to the billing address of the card you used to pay with. This is an anti-fraud measure we use to ensure that the card holder has made the purchase. If the billing address is not used we will not process the order and will refund the payment.
Change of address/ incorrect address: If you order using an incorrect address please let us know as soon as possible so we can change the address before the order is sent. If the order has been sent already it will be returned to us by the postal service/ courier. If this happens we may impose a surcharge of £19.95 to redeliver the order and on occasion we may be able to contact the courier and get the parcel redirected. If this happens there is a charge of £9.95. Both of these charges are imposed by the courier service and we will pass the cost across to you. If you decide to return the order to us and receive a refund we will deduct the cost of this shipping from the money refunded.
When purchasing using a credit, debit, or pre-paid card you agree that your content (not including card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks as payment gateways/ processors are provided by third parties. Any card information will remain encrypted whilst being transferred from one network to another.
Other Payment Types
If you pay by any other method of payment such as cash, check, Bitcoin and bank transfer we will not dispatch the order until full payment has been received and cleared into our account. If paying by check it can take 2-3 weeks to clear after we receive it. This is because international checks have to be physically presented by the receiving bank to the bank making payment before being processed and then have a longer clearing time than non-international checks.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. We do not have to give reason to do so but will only use this in exceptional circumstances or if we have reason to believe the site is being misused. If any potential or actual customer intimates that they are purchasing any item for illegal use then we will cancel and refund the order immediately.
We will always endeavor to maintain all information on our site, however, from time to time we may not be able to make the relevant updates in time and some information may be inaccurate. This could include but is not limited to whether an item is in stock, the cost or specification of said item. If you make an order and it is affected by this, a member of the customer service team will contact you. If an item is out of stock we will offer the opportunity to either wait for new stock, to exchange the item for another of the same price or a full refund.
If an error has been made on the price of an item we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order. If we have overcharged by mistake we will refund the additional charge as soon as the error is noticed by our team. If you notice an error please contact the Customer Service team.
We do everything possible to accurately represent the items on sale through photography provided to us by the product manufacturers and distributors. On occasion this may not offer a 100% accurate portrayal of the item. This is because certain products are handmade, so do have minor differences. Some colours are also difficult to represent on screen. If there is a major difference and you are unhappy with your product please contact LIWTS Customer Service team through firstname.lastname@example.org.

All information, data, text, images, graphics, artwork and the links, software and source code on the web site are subject to the copyright of LIWTS and/or its contractors and partners. All rights are reserved. No part of the web site may be reproduced in any form or by any means without our prior written consent. Our name, logo and all related product names and logos are our trade names/trademarks and may not be used without our prior written consent.
The terms and conditions set out on the site do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Please note we are UK based and as a result our consumer rights may differ to those where you are based.
Use of Items
Vaporizers are sold for aromatherapy purposes only. Any glass pipes and bongs are sold for ornamental and tobacco use only. LIWTS cannot be held responsible or accountable for misuse of these items.
The information provided on the site is for information and education purposes only. The site, its writers and guest bloggers do not make recommendations or suggestions. Anything that you choose to undertake should be done in consultation of your local laws and under professional supervision.
Any Vaporizers shown on the site have not been evaluated by the Food Standards Agency or the FDA in the USA. Vaporizers are not designed to diagnose, cure, prevent or treat any illness or disease. Before using a vaporizer, consult a medical professional. Using a vaporizer is done at your own risk. Inhalation can be harmful.
Any comments from user submitted reviews on the site are views of the user only and are based on their personal experiences and are not necessarily endorsed by liwts.org.
We strictly adhere to UK laws as that is where we are based. If you purchase internationally ensure you are aware of your local laws for shipping and purchasing goods sold on this site. We do our upmost to ensure we meet laws of the country we are shipping to and will cancel orders where it is relevant to do so. LIWTS and the LIWTS team cannot be held responsible for any laws our customers may have accidentally or purposefully broken.
If you would like to return your item(s) for any reason at all, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition. We will refund the cost of the item(s); however, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note that all returns for either unwanted or damaged/faulty goods must be authorised by the LIWTS Customer Service team before they are returned. We reserve the right to send back any item(s) to you if prior consent has not been gained.
All returns are the responsibility of the customer until the LIWTS returns address. We recommend using a postal method that requires a signature and is tracked as we cannot be held responsible for any item(s) that do not get back to us.
We will only refund the returns postage fees of the item arrives damaged or if we have mistakenly sent you an incorrect item.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any products made to order, organic products and under garments including socks.
If your goods are found to be faulty a warranty may cover you. These are different for each item and the standard is a one-year manufacturer warranty. However, some items have warranties for up to ten years and on occasion lifetime warranties. These may require being returned to the manufacturer. Please e-mail the customer service team and they will happily help you by ensuring you get the correct information.
When you e-mail please send the customer service team the order number and let them know what the fault is. Please be aware this does not cover accidental damages.
In the highly unlikely event that an item sent to you is found to be faulty, you may send it back to us for a replacement. We will refund the cost of sending the item back to us. In the UK, items should be sent back via First Class Recorded Delivery. We will not accept extra charges for other courier services or guaranteed next day services. Overseas, items should only be sent back using your country’s national postal service. We recommend using an insured delivery method; however, we will not accept extra charges for Fed-Ex or other overnight courier services.
Please make sure that you have clearly read any instructions that may have come with the product, or may be displayed on our website, as products found not to be faulty when they come back to us, will be sent back to you at your cost. Please note that our return policy also applies.
If you would like to exchange your items for different products in our range, you may do so within 14 days of receiving them. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition. Please detail, which items you would like as replacements. We will charge your card for the cost of sending these replacements out to you, as well as any extra balance that your updated order may incur. Please note that our return policy also applies.
We are happy to cancel and refund an order. Please let us know as soon as possible and if the order has not been shipped we will process this immediately (this can still take up to 7 working days to show in your account after being processed by the LIWTS Customer Service team). Please e-mail email@example.com with the header CANCELLATION so we can deal with this as a matter of priority.
If the order has already been dispatched we will still accept a cancellation, however, we cannot process a refund until the item has been returned to us and received in unopened condition. When the order has been shipped we reserve the right to remove the cost of shipping from the refund even if you received a free shipping offer when ordering to cover our costs.
Information We Collect
- Personal identifiers including Name and Date of Birth
- Contact information, which can include a telephone number, e-mail address and home address.
- Web tracking information including IP addresses, browser and device used, URL trails, pages visited on liwts.org and any search terms entered. (This is collected for everyone who uses the LIWTS site and not just those who register/purchase)
How We Use That Information
- Internal record keeping
- To ship your orders from our partners warehouses. In this situation we will only provide our partners with the name, address and items to be shipped and it is used for this purpose only. They will not then be able to contact you with any offers or information or pass your information onto a third party.
- To improve our products and services
- Sending promotional e-mails (only to those who have specifically given us permission to do so e.g. those signed up to the Newsletter)
- To contact you about the processing of your order or anything related to an order placed with LIWTS.
We do everything possible to ensure your information is protected when you use the LIWTS website. To protect your personal data, we have in place physical and electronic security which is in line with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Controlling Your Personal Information
You can opt out of receiving marketing materials from us by selecting the checkbox on checkout that excludes you from receiving the newsletter. You can also e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and ask to be removed from the subscriber list if you have previously signed up and no longer wish to receive it.
We do not sell, lease or profit from sharing your personal data with any third parties. The only information we share is with distributors of your items and this is purely for the process of sending your order only. In this case we only send your name, address and list of items ordered so that it can be processed and sent to you. The distributor will only use your information for the purpose of sending your order, they will not then contact you or share your data with any other company. The only other time your information is shared is for the processing payments as all payment gateways/ processors are provided by third parties. As per our Terms and Conditions the card information will be encrypted whilst being transferred from our site.
We may disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law or if you violate our terms of service.
A cookie is a file used to help us analyse web traffic and how you use our site. It identifies which pages you use and how you use them. Using this information, we can personalise the site to an individual’s needs and ensure that you receive the best possible user experience.
