It’s only a matter of time until your body decides which way to go with the completely OTT feast you decided to indulge in before bed. Pizzas, burgers, ice cream, sweets, chocolates, the weird concoction your friends cooked up – it’s got to come out one way or the other. Think of it a little like exercising demons from your body – you’ll feel way better when they’re gone.
